Did you know that beef liver contains 36X more Folate than the same size serving of an apple? Or that beef liver has 4X more of the Vitamins C & E than carrots?2
Not to mention, beef organs are concentrated sources of crucial nutrients like Vitamin D and the B-Vitamins that many fruits and vegetables lack completely.
We're not shaming fruits, vegetables, and herbal extracts. They are absolutely vital for getting all the necessary micronutrients for a healthy body and mind.
But the truth is that produce lacks (or is deficient in) many important nutrients for human health.
Even if you're a dedicated meat-eater, you're still missing out. Because muscle meats pale in comparison to organ meats when it comes to nutrient density.
Organ meats are nature's most potent superfood.
Take red meat for example — it gets all the glory for being a good source of iron, B-Vitamins, and minerals. But beef liver contains nearly 100X more B12 than red meat. And has higher concentrations of minerals like phosphorous, magnesium, potassium and copper.
Organ meats like liver, kidney and heart are generally between 10 and 100X higher in nutrients than their meat counterparts!
This is why many of our ancestors preferred organs over muscles. Organ meats really are nature's most potent superfood.2
Nose-to-Tail: Benefits of Various Beef Organs
What exactly are you missing out on by NOT consuming organ meats?
Anthropologists estimate that modern humans have their origins between 400,000 and 700,000 years ago.
The first 300,000 years were spent following a traditional hunter-gatherer lifestyle. Then, agricultural innovation took hold for the next 14,000 years — providing more stability in the human diet, and more grains and plant crops.
And only in the past 100-200 years have we completely disconnected from these systems... outsourcing our food production and choices to grocery stores.
The bottom line is this: we subsisted on a hunter-gatherer and earth-grown crop diet for 99.95% of our history. This way of eating involved using all possible parts of animals (and plants) as food, medicines or tools. With little to no waste.
Our ancestors ate virtually all the organs in each animal hunted. And made broth and soups from cooking bones and connective tissue over fire.
This provides an important "historical lens" through which to view human health and dietary needs.
For example, Indigenous North Americans (Canadian Rockies region) lived mainly off of wild caribou and moose. They learned that organ meats provided better sustenance, energy and nutrient density. And even had immune boosting properties that helped prevent illness.
They were also known for feeding muscle meats to their dogs while binging on wild liver, heart, kidney and other organ meats. And traditional Inuit people (Arctic Regions of Alaska, Canada) fed primarily on fish and high-fat sea mammals like whale, walrus, and seal — preferring the fat, organs and connective tissue over meats for their higher caloric & nutrient density.4,7
Our ancestors understood that organ meats provided superior nutrition value (and medicinal value) over every food source at their disposal.
They learned this through thousands of years of tradition. Knowledge passed down from generation to generation. Today, we have a better scientific understanding of the nutritional power of organ meats. We know that kidney is rich in selenium, proteins and omega 3 fatty acids.
That liver is rich in B-Vitamins and minerals. And that bone broths contains gelatin, collagen, and hyaluronic acid — all of which help build strong, pain-free joints.
But even with this knowledge, our consumption of organ meats has been reduced to near-zero.
We're missing out.
Our joints, energy levels, immune system, and organ systems are not what they could be.
This is why we created Organ Therapy™.
With Organ Therapy, you get three of the most nutrient dense organs (liver, heart, and kidney).
PLUS organic bone broth concentrate for added joint and immune support, and BioPerine® (black pepper extract) for improved absorption.
It’s the only high-absorption, grass fed beef organ complex with bone broth concentrate to support total body health including joints, immune function, inflammation levels, metabolism, cardiovascular health & energy levels.*
Using grass fed & freeze dried liver, heart, kidney and bone broth concentrate PLUS BioPerine® Black Pepper Extract for superior absorption...
Organ Therapy gives you the primal nutrition that our modern diets have neglected.
The nutrients found in Organ Therapy can help support:*

The Importance of Source: Grass Fed, Pasture Raised, and Artificial Hormone-Free Beef Organs
A common objection to consuming liver or liver supplements (or any organ meats) is that they accumulate toxins. This is not true.
While it's true that the liver's role in the body is to neutralize and remove toxins from the body, those toxins are not stored there.
These toxins are excreted, or if the body is unable to eliminate them — they often end up stored in fatty tissues.
The liver does, however, store several important nutrients. Including Vitamins D, B-Vitamins, and several minerals.
Even though the liver and other organs aren't designed to store toxins, the source is important.
Commercially raised cattle are fed high-calorie diets of corn, grains, and other genetically modified plants (GMO's) in order to reduce the time it takes to raise and sell them.
They're also pumped full of artificial hormones, antibiotics, and other medicines. These drugs and hormones do stay in the animal. A more well-known example is the case of rBGH (Recombinant Bovine Hormone) showing up in cow's milk.
That's why we use only grass fed, artificial hormone-free sources of beef organs and bone stock in Organ Therapy.
These ingredients comes from cows born and raised in Argentina, where feedlots are uncommon and the standard practice is to let cattle roam and graze on grasslands.
All of our organ-derived ingredients are inspected by a SENASA (the Argentine equivalent of the USDA) licensed veterinarian and found fit for human consumption.
And, the extracts are imported into the U.S. ONLY under government approved USDA APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service) Import Permits.
With added Organic Bone Broth Concentrate + BioPerine®
The Organic Bone Broth Concentrate in Organ Therapy is made from slow-cooking edible beef bones with adhering meat. This provides more nutrients and enzymes than would be present in bone-broth alone. It's certified USDA Organic, grass fed, and freeze-dried.
While high-temperature cooking denatures proteins and important nutrients, the more expensive slow-cooking and freeze-drying process is safer, cleaner, and helps preserve nutrients that would otherwise be damaged or lost.
As you can see, quality is important to us. We took no shortcuts with Organ Therapy.
We believe these are the best organ supplements available.
And we don't want them to go to waste. So we included 2.5 mg of BioPerine® Black Pepper extract.
This spicy food extract improves nutrient absorption by stimulating the stomach to produce more hydrochloric acid. That's why they say adding a bit of pepper to food will help you digest it faster.
Except this isn't your table-quality pepper. BioPerine® is a patented extract obtained from black pepper fruits (Piper nigrum) standardized minimum to 95% Piperine. In general studies, BioPerine was found to enhance absorption of most nutrients by at least 30%.[8]
